A longstanding partnership

Unicause has worked with the Fondation Santé Rimouski for 15 years to optimize the Foundation’s philanthropic campaigns through precise segmentation and multichannel, relation-based, donor-adapted marketing.

Our collaboration

Unicause’s collaboration with Fondation Santé Rimouski, formerly Fondation CHRR, is longstanding. Our teams have been working together to structure, implement and optimize effective relation-based marketing strategies for almost 15 years.

To go further in personalizing the Foundation’s solicitation strategy, we have used a wealth of information acquired by analyzing its database. This knowledge, combined with our expertise, has enabled us to customize every annual campaign strategy to reflect the Foundation’s reality.

Our very first mandate began with segmentation of its direct mailings and a telemarketing campaign. For many years now, we have conducted springtime and Christmas direct mailing campaigns from A to Z: designing, segmenting, targeting and taking 100% charge of direct mailing management. Thanks to our partners, we are able to offer a turnkey service and an integrated strategy that gives concrete results.

The campaigns conducted during the pandemic enabled the Foundation to deviate from past practices with new forms of solicitation, differing in the message angle and visual identity. We consider it a huge sign of trust when an organization chooses to endorse new ideas. We are grateful for the Foundation team’s commitment year after year.

Because success and teamwork go hand-in-hand, Unicause is very proud to have supported Fondation Santé Rimouski Foundation for more than a decade.
